Abbott, a company innovating nutrition, diagnostics, medical devices and branded generic pharmaceuticals, approached us for help to implement merchandising services and to optimize product availability in each of their retail stores. They sought for us to solve the issue of tracking merchandisers in the field and for business intelligence.
In response, we offered merchandising coverage for general and modern trade across Peninsular Malaysia. We also afforded them RetailAIM, a field-force automation system application developed in-house, to track merchandisers and beyond, providing business intelligence solutions.
