Kimberly-Clark, the multinational personal care corporation, approached us for help to implement merchandising services and to optimize product availability in each of their retail stores. They sought for us to solve the issue of tracking merchandisers in the field and for business intelligence.
In response, we offered merchandising coverage for general and modern trade across Peninsular Malaysia and general trade across East Malaysia. We also afforded them RetailAIM, a field-force automation system application developed in-house, to track merchandisers and beyond, providing business intelligence solutions.
Our efforts for the brand saw KPIs of 95% and above, meeting the requirements put forth by the brand.
