From humble beginnings, homegrown Munchy’s has become a household name serving up biscuits and snacks to Malaysians since 1991 and the world since 1997. To retain brand relevance within the local biscuit market, Munchy’s sought our services to build brand awareness and grow market share across SKUs.
Among other servicings (in-store sampling for selected SKUs), we oversaw the on-ground activation of Munchy’s ‘Bite Me’ Campaign, managing POSM, customer engagement, operations and promoters.
Our efforts for the brand exceeded the sales target of 2019, owing to our promoters and their ability to push sales.
